BoneFit™ (also known as BoneFit™ USA in the United States) is an evidence-informed exercise training workshop developed by Osteoporosis Canada and now offered in the U.S. through the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation. 📚 Program Levels & Modules
BoneFit™ is available in two core workshop levels:
1. BoneFit™ Basics
Aimed at exercise and fitness professionals working with uncomplicated osteoporosis clients.
Includes:
Online modules (A–D) covering fundamentals like osteoporosis basics, assessment, anatomy, and exercise prescription.
A live interactive webinar (typically 3 hours, in-person or virtual).
A final quiz (usually >70% to pass).
